Eileen Feretic has spent her career in high-tech publishing, including positions at Ziff Davis Media, Hearst, IBM and Cox Broadcasting. At Ziff Davis Enterprise, she is the editor of Baseline magazine. Prior to this, Eileen was an executive editor at Ziff Davis Enterprise’s Custom Solutions Group. Previously, she was editor in chief of the print and Web versions of Beyond Computing magazine. She also managed the content for IBM’s customer Web sites. Prior to IBM, Eileen was editor in chief of Office Technology Management, Today’s Office and Corporate Systems at Hearst. She also hosted the Office Automation cable series, was a member of President Reagan’s Office Automation Task Force and consulted for the U.S. Department of Commerce at computer conferences in Europe.

Edward Cone is the online managing editor for Baseline and CIO Insight. He joined Ziff Davis Enterprise in 1999 and has worked as a senior writer at Interactive Week, Baseline and CIO Insight. His case study on the use of the Internet by the Howard Dean campaign won a national ASBPE award for excellence. Previously, Ed worked as a contributing editor at Wired, a staff writer at Forbes and a freelancer for publications ranging from the International Herald Tribune to Playboy. He writes an opinion column for his hometown newspaper, the Greensboro News & Record, and was one of the first journalists to write a Weblog. |
